Boss has Boundary issues.

So my manager and my director have both stepped on my boundaries yet again this week. I am starting to wonder if perhaps I’m being too uptight and am looking for some advice. Monday at a team event, I mentioned we should really study the bill because I had the same waitress the week before and it was significantly wrong. She asked who I was there with, I redirected and did not answer. 3 min later she asked again. I redirected. 5 min later yet again! At that point I said: with some friends. 2 weeks ago I had a special lunch on my desk. She asked where I got it. I told her and she asked me what I was doing in that neighborhood and who I was with. To be clear, I have a lunch hour and my group is very loose about when they come and go. I said with a friend. Yesterday, I was in a meeting with my director and my alarm went off to alert the end of the meeting. She asked where I was going and I said I have a lunch date. She asked: who are you going with? I redirected didn’t answer. She then asked who is the friend. I answered but was annoyed. 20 min later she showed up at the cafe we all go to because it’s super close. I feel angry they think I have to answer to them about my off hour. Am I being overly sensitive?
