    I don't know if it's the expression in my face or what, but people tend to tell me their secrets when they meet me. And I don't pry - some of this stuff I'd rather NOT know.

    If I went to law school, or the police academy, this would serve me well. Instead, I just know a lot of stuff that I can't talk about.

    I always try to have an upbeat attitude at work. People feel comfortable with me and tend to be more inclined to be helpful in the future. Can't do it all the time, but it is a strength.
