After an interview, how to extend a thank you and connect with an interviewer if everything is arranged through a third-party website? I tried finding an email address for the interviewer by researching his name and company on Google but he recently switched companies so it's not available. Each division has it's own handle rather than a company-wide first name / list etc and that's not working as well even though he's listed on the company's site.

All HR correspondence has been done through a third party invite and calendar. I tried using that option as well and it bounced back. It's a real company and position as I worked in the industry but this lack of being able to contact anyone is out of my comfort zone after interviewing.

I like to use a note to thank and circle-back to a few items we discussed / highlight something I wish was discussed during the interview. Does anyone have any tips? I'd appreciate your advice!

    Search them out on LinkedIn.

Is it appropriate to send a message to him on there? I found him on LinkedIn, but I'm not sure how that would work as I'm not connected to him. He's a high-level officer at the organization and I don't think he'll add a job applicant to his LinkedIn.

Certainly it is appropriate - you don't need to add (and I wouldn't) but at least send him a thank you. I have one that before.

If his profile is set up to accept messages, he won't mind. If not, it will be difficult to reach him, and that is the way he wants it. Generally, I send thank-yous to the interviewers if I exchange emails before the interview or if they give me a business card during the interview. Otherwise, I will thank the recruiter who set up the interview. It looks like this particular company is not big on post-interview contact, or they would make it easier to stay in touch.
