It depends on what is making you nervous. The office environment? Interactions with a particular co-worker? Client interactions? Particular tasks? Scheduling issues?

All the above. I have an anxiety disorder.

So do I, but I'm able to pinpoint triggers in most situations. If you can figure out the specific problems, then you can figure out how to proceed.

What makes you nervous? Pinpointing that may help you navigate better. I know that word nervous, may be used for other words too, such as stressed out. What kind of reaction are you having and to what? Figure out what the issue is then find a way to remedy it. Yes, go see a therapist but be mindful to do the work. And sometimes it takes more than a few times with one therapist to realize they are the wrong therapist. Be aware of this. Once you find the right person, then you put in the work as well, you may see work in a different light. But to be nervous all the time is no way to go through life. Glad you are getting help.
