Hi! I am a director level employee that was impacted by a recent restructure at my company and I am being offered a manager level role.

I have been applying for roles and I have applied to Raytheon twice in the last 3 months. Everytime I have applied I received a screening questionnaire email asking me to summarize my experience and basically say how I would meet every criteria on the job description. After the email with responses is sent I don’t get a response from the recruiter. Is this something that is a a new part of the recruiting process ? Does anyone have any insight on the Raytheon recruiting process and how things move past the email screen? TIA
