Hello, I hoping to find an internship to gain real experience in my field. I'm very eager, and would welcome you to consider me for a position. I recently graduated from a Medical Records Specialist course with honors, and re-enrolled for Bachelor's in Health Administration. I'm a very quick learner, and not really concerned with the rate of pay right now, I'm ready to get back into the workplace with a growing company.

Rude commentary is not helpful when someone is asking for help. Keep it uplifting please.

I'm sorry but I speak the truth this is not a job board . What's rude?

You always have the option to not comment, but if you must, be respectful.

My comment is respectful , this is not a job board. You were posting here like we have openings that we can hire you for , and that's not the purpose of this website at all.

If you want to work in healthcare, you need experience in healthcare. Look around at your local hospitals to see what is being hired right now. Usually, you can do a brief CNA course, to get some clinical experience if you’re interested in healthcare. It’s just a way to get your foot in the door. That will likely get you some contacts to get a local internship or entry-level position in administration.

I already do have experience. I was a CNA for 4 years and Home Healthcare Coordinator for a private home, unfortunately, I had to stop working for health reasons, so it's been quite some time since I've been in the field. Which is why I thought an internship may be a step in the right direction, but thank you for your insight on the matter.

The best place to look is your school's Career Center or the person in charge of field education (most internships, if done for required college credit, must be completed through that person). Some schools require it to be a volunteer position, so keep that in mind. Volunteer internships are rarely posted on a public job site, but are often available on a school's Career Center site. Also, be aware that a volunteer internship is valuable information to include on your resume once you complete your program.
