Going against the grain.

Going against the grain. My natural hair is almost black. I have between 10% and 20% silver. I tried taking it down a few shades last year, and almost destroyed it. Don't know if it will ever look the way it used to. It's so dried out. It's also slightly below my shoulders, never worn up. My hair is my identity -- and, my identity is longer dark hair. Maybe if it ever hits 80% gray, I'll let it grow out, but it never be short. This had absolutely nothing to do with business and jobs. This has to do with being true to myself.
