Job searching has been one of the hardest seasons of my career.

Job searching has been one of the hardest seasons of my career.

I’ve applied. I’ve interviewed. I’ve followed up. I’ve rewritten my résumé more times than I can count.

Some days are encouraging. Others are exhausting. Rejection emails pile up—or worse, silence.

Still, I keep showing up.

I bring real experience supporting clients, working with data, improving processes, and quickly learning new systems. I’ve solved problems under pressure and helped teams run better behind the scenes. Those skills didn’t disappear because the market got tough.

I’m sharing this not for sympathy—but for connection. If you know of teams looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute from day one, I’d love to talk. Even a conversation helps.

To anyone else in the search: you’re not failing. You’re navigating something hard. Keep going.

Suppose you are looking for someone like me who is dedicated to their job and responsibilities. Please request a copy of my résumé to review.

Hi I would love to help but I need to know what kind of role you are looking for and where you are located. Sending love and support, it is a rough market!

Your industry, years of experience, education, desired roles, etc. would be really helpful to this board. You have networking opportunities galore on FGB, so make it easy for people to connect with you by providing basic info about you and your search.

Your positive outlooks is much appreciated. Job searching is hard and its hard to get up and dust yourself off, but keep knowing that the right opportunity will land.

I had that same positivity once. But after seven years of applying, interviewing, rejection, silence, et al ... nothing. Even with 30 years of experience in my field, at this point, I am statistically more likely to be struck by lightning than to land the "right opportunity." Ageism is real and rampant.
