    Hello!

Based on what you wrote, I would surmise you're relatively new to the company? In what ways do you feel you've outgrown it? Can you talk with your supervisor to see if there are additional tasks or responsibilities you can take on? Are there other positions within the company that you could either assist or eventually move to?

Did you take this job knowing you'd outgrow it quickly? If you were, did you take the job because you had to? Otherwise, why take a job you know you'd quickly outgrow?

You should never stay at a place that you don't enjoy working at. That being said, typically you want to be somewhere for at least 1-2 years before moving. Unless you find a golden opportunity.

Whatever your path... I wish you nothing but the best!

Yeah, I can always apply for other jobs within the agency. I had to take this because I was only working a temp job and needed permanent employment.

Do you think you've outgrown it? ? Has your manager mentioned that they think you've outgrown (or perfected) this role? How long have you been in this position? Did you go into this position thinking it was short-term? Do you like the work? Part of being in a position is going through a training / learning process, then putting that knowledge to use. How long have you been putting that knowledge to use and effectively contributing to the organization? Are you looking for "something else" within the organization? Outside of the organization? What is the end goal? More money? More challenging position? Lots of questions.

I knew it was a stepping stone and now I am bored. I know I am capable of doing more and making more money.

Been here four months and I think I am overqualified. I kind of knew it's a "for now" job to get my foot in the door.
