I already know you’re incredible at your job.
You’re smart, reliable and working super hard.
But promotions aren’t happening.
Even though you’re a team player, catch everyone’s mistakes, and cover for the team all while crushing your own work, even if you have to stay late, and put in more hours.
They’d honestly be screwed without you.
The problem is not that they would truly be screwed. The problem is that they don’t KNOW that they’d be screwed.
Reliability and competence doesn’t guarantee promotions. (even though it feels like it should)
And your work can’t speak for itself.
Everyone around you has shortened attention spans and tunnel vision for their own work, even your manager and bosses.
So it is ESSENTIAL that you tell the right people about your work in a way that they can’t ignore - it’s simple positioning, and it’s the secret part of your role no one told you about.
This is what we’re doing inside The Get Promoted in 2026 Challenge. This is the challenge that will show you exactly how to position yourself so your bosses will feel stupid NOT to promote you. It will be that obvious.
You’ll take real, simple actions that will move the needle plus an unlimited Q&A from me.
We begin early May. Save your spot asap.
Comment “PROMOTED” and I’ll send you a link to sign up for the challenge, or sign up at the link here.
