New manager = new ball game for you.

New manager = new ball game for you. Tip: companies will nearly always side with the higher up, despite you having longer tenure.
Many companies are going hybrid, which usually means 2-3 days in, so going in once a week is still plus for you.
Times are changing.
Be strategic: new manager, take the time to get to know them in person, make a splash... in time you might be able to adjust back to your fully remote work.
This is not an example of being micro-managed.
New leadership spells a new culture, open your eyes and see what other changes are going on you should be aware of.
Take that once/week in-office day to build stronger relationships and get the new lay of the land.
National averages for all levels are only 2-4 years in a role, how long have you been there? Time to look for a new job?
