I have done a lot of jobs/careers.

I have done a lot of jobs/careers. My work history starts with the carnival, goes through fast food, bakeries, working with handicap people in group home setting, trained medication administrator, certified nurse aid, factory worker, production worker, including crew leader and shift leader. I have operated more than a dozen different machines and trained a countless number of employees. I have worked my way from the bottom up in 2 different companies. I always give my all in whatever position i hold. I go above and beyond and after many years in the workforce I have learned that doing more for less gets you stuck, under paid, under appreciated, un recognized, and continuously used. I am at an age where going back to school is not an option unless its on the job training. I am always up for learning something new and exciting.

Not sure if you are asking for advice or just want moral support. But I hear ya. Many times our work is thankless. Literally. But you could always seek certifications in your field that may help to uplift you. Or you could seek another field where a company may be more supportive and offer on the job training, professional development or a better work environment. Not sure if that helps some, but finding work sometimes where we are uplifted daily is tough. But know this, sometimes our satisfaction is received from those we help, not from those who provide the paycheck. Been there.
