I am having the hardest (& probably best) problem - choosing between two offers - any advice?

Company A: LOVE the hiring manager (always a big thing for me) - got reassurance from mutual connections that she's great, too. Small tech company that is on the rise. Comp/Benefits: fully remote, $85K, equity/stocks, 16 weeks mat leave, medical/dental, 401K (no employer match), take-as-you-need (dif from unlimited PTO) vacation days Hesitations: I didn't like some of the teammates I met during the interview process. One was rude and felt like she was picking up slack, one felt overworked but had been there for 5 years and didn't plan on leaving, one seemed completely disengaged. Company B: LOVE the hiring managers (double the support!) - both seem like amazing women to learn with/from. 12 month contract with agency whose client is Google (dream company!!), so I would do work for Google but get my paychecks from the agency, and I would always need to list the agency's name on my resume, LinkedIn, and background checks. Comp/Benefits: office 1x a week, $72K, 401K (no employer match), no PTO Hesitations: no stability for that year, and even after - there's def possibilities to but no guarantees to converting to full-time. I had just spent 8 months in another contract role at a big name place, too - I'm currently unemployed (2 months). I don't want a contract renewal at the end of the 12 months, I want a full-time offer. I want to have my first baby within the next 1-2 years and feel like I need mat leave (note - not pregnant at this time!). Both have: AMAZING hiring managers, great work and room to show my impact and growth, overall interest, work/life balance, and enough comp to satisfy me. I recognize I'm in a privileged position (job seekers struggling, I see you - I was/am you and it DOES get better!!). Any advice on which I should go for, or any additional questions I should consider? Thank you in advance!
