Hello

Hello

I am currently a student and have been assigned this website as a forum to help with any HR related questions i may have regarding upcoming assignments.

I hope this post is ok.

My first question, when implementing a rewards and recognition program is it better to implement rewards and recognition based on individual or team performance or a combination of the two?

secondly, how important is it for learning and development to be available electronically to employees?

    Hello:

For your first question, it would probably be better for a combination of the two. People like being recognized for their contributions even if the team overall is having problems. The team recognition helps drive the group together more working towards common goals.

My take for the second question is that is very important to have a learning platform available electronically to employees. The employees can get a growth option outside of the normal job function (Udemy Business for example). This will make employees feel they can grow themselves even if there is little growth related to their current role.
