    I think the mission of Fairy Godboss is wider than that, but with regard to the job search functions anyway, I stopped using them because (a) the search operation is seriously lacking; I'm looking for a Senior Director of Recruiting role and my job search turns up everything with "Senior Director " in it - don't think I'm interested in or qualified to be a Senior Director of Veterinary Research, for instance. And (b) you can't even open and look at a job posting without getting equally useless auto-emails along the lines of, "we think you'd be great in these positions" - jobs I either rejected when I looked at them or, if not, I decided to pursue independently. Fairy Godboss, you can do better!
