    Hi Taylor,

I am so sorry for what you're going through. I know what it's like, because I have periodontal disease and have to get gum surgery to the tune of $10,000. I JUST QUIT my last job (I'm at retirement age) before hearing this awful news. I should have gotten it all done and behind me by now, but I've had other issues driven by aging and a recent bout with Covid. The gum thing has to wait. It's especially tough for you, being in the beauty biz. I'm a writer who can pretty much do her thing behind the scenes but, the reality is still there. BIG Bucks!!!!!

My advice to you would be to pursue your biz as if this thing didn't exist. (It won't ALWAYS!) Your health comes first. You can't delay treatment or it will most certainly cause you more problems down the road. If you can, take on a p/t job, maybe something "behind the scenes" doing ANYTHING just to get some income coming in. Once you have an established income, go to your local credit union and check out a personal loan. An idea? Go for your makeup/ Microblading biz, but just wear a mask once the procedures begin. Just say you're being cautious, given the new Covid outbreak. No one will be the wiser!

She could even wear a mask at all times when interacting with clients in person (not just procedures). There are some cute ones out there. I have seen them at Amazon.

I'm seeing some people in masks again around here and may start masking again myself due to the increase in cases.

I am so sorry for what you're going through. I know what it's like, because I have periodontal disease and have to get gum surgery to address the issues with my gums. It's a tough situation, but I hope you find the support and care you need during this time.
