What is the best way to handle marketing JDs requiring agency experience? I've worked with external agencies while directing marketing and publicity teams and have a PR Master's degree. I've freelance working with PR agencies as a journalist so I understand the industry and from my master's degree work, I have the skills with press releases and other required client facing skills. I'd appreciate your help as that would open up other options to apply for when searching.
