Improve your written English, for one. You write in it better than I do in most of my foreign languages, but it does come off as awkward, and although it probably doesn't impact your work, it could be eliminating you from a competitive job market. Have a native speaker proof your resume. Once you're in the door, you can highlight your skills, and ability to communicate in English will be less important. Good luck!

There are some apps that can help you ensure you resume suits the job you are applying for. I have more than one resume, and I highly recommend it if you are seeking new opportunities, specifically if they are in fields. Have your resume reviewed and updated as a first step. If you’re on LinkedIn, leverage that network to connect with people at that company and/or see if the person hiring for the role is on LinkedIn and introduce yourself. Silence the negative noise. You’ve got this!!

Hello. There is a job section in FairyGodBoss if your want to apply for employment. The direct link is: https://fairygodboss.com/jobs/find?keywords=Staff%20Engineer&location=Savage,%20Minnesota,%20United%20States&lat=44.7617&lng=-93.3432&page=1&jobOpen=false&jobPage=cvshealth%2Fstaff-engineer-android-e9719450d03367a5c59889c9db546b64&filters_remote=0&filters_cmp=&filters_cmp_size=&filters_loc=. There are other places that can be used to apply for employment as well (such as Monster.com and a JOBS tab in LinkedIn). Would need to see if there are equivalent job sites if you wish to stay in Bangalore. Hope this helps.
