Transitioning to the U.S. job market has been an adjustment. While I've had a few interviews go well, the multi-round process can be nerve-wracking, especially coming from a different system.

Transitioning to the U.S. job market has been an adjustment. While I've had a few interviews go well, the multi-round process can be nerve-wracking, especially coming from a different system.

As interviewees, we do not set the rules or pace for companies. This market is full of getting to the final rounds to be told that the role has been put on hold, eliminated or moved to 2025. The US is notorious for multiple rounds of interviews. We are in a rush, they are not. Your best bet is to network. That can possibly shorten the process if you're getting direct introductions. Hang in there! The right role will come :).
