I start compiling a list of ways my life will improve if I make a change.

    Simple

    Blood-pressure

    65-70 hours a week

    Not 1 acknowledgement

    Bawling on my way home

    falling asleep driving home

    shall I go on?

I'm so sorry to hear your experience and hope you've found something better along the way.

Yes, I walked out - I was scared because it wasn’t planned but if I didn’t - I’d be in the hospital or jail - I say that with a little humor but at times, I really understood why people loose their minds

Am I still learning and growing?

Do I feel valued and appreciated?

Does my job align with my long-term career goals?

Am I happy and fulfilled at work?

    How is my work-life balance?

Do I believe in the company's mission and values?

    Is there room for advancement?

Is the work environment supportive, inclusive, and positive?

    Am I being compensated fairly?

Do I feel motivated and inspired?

I appreciate that. Right now, I'm feeling uncertain. I have a good work life balance but there isn't growth at the moment.
