No such thing as a low stress high paying job. That's part of the deal. Stress management is up to each person to find ways to handle.

Figure out what you're interested in and love to do, and look for a job in that area. Without a 4-year degree, you could look for entry level positions to begin.

If you’re interested in low-stress work that involves helping others, you could do research on being a Hearing Aid Specialist.

I don't think you understand high paying positions. For higher wages, you must take on considerably more work, longer hours and more responsibilities which carry more stress. Your skills need to be decidedly better than average (even without a degree) and you must constantly keep them at the front of technology, new processes and best practices. Being disabled doesn't mean you don't strive for growth and advancement to keep a high paying job.

Without education to give you a foot in the door, you'll have to work your way up to the better paying jobs from something more entry-level. Depending on how active/mobile you are, since each person handles being in a wheelchair differently, I'd say look for entry level jobs hat suit something you think you might be interested in, even a little bit. Everyone has to start somewhere.
And people in wheelchairs can do most every job someone who isn't in a wheelchair can, with some obvious exceptions, but again that depends on how functionally mobile you are - which varies person to person.
If it's a different kind of disability, that's typically the same story. Most places have rules that make it so you cannot discriminate.

When you find the answer, please let me know! Same boat sister. I can handle stress though. I’m pretty good at letting that stuff just roll right off my back.
