    my resume is strong... I am not lacking in that. The referral part is not what working for me. I am on linkedin and I have updated my post. Getting a job should not be this complicated. I feel like I am prostituting myself and it is not in my nature to do this on me. I am NOT a sales person so, I am not sure how to approach this. I have sent out a few referrals and they are not sticking either.
