I am so happy to get a offer last week but I find I was pregant. I notice my new company but they do not hire me even though my experience was qualified this job.

Now I am sad because I do not have a job because I am a workaholic.

How can I adjust myself

Focus on your pregnancy and staying grateful.

So you just found out you were pregnant and immediately notified the company you just received an offer from. That wasn't a great move. Can you confirm that I read that correctly? For future reference, you do not disclose a pregnancy immediately.

You have a baby coming. Focus on that. That is so much work.

Not sure if you are in the U.S. but here, you don't let your employer know your pregnancy status upon an offer. It's not their concern. Most women let their employer know about the 2nd trimester. Next offer, keep mum about your pregnancy until you have to tell your employer for time off reasons. Congrats to you and take care of yourself.

Are you in the U.S.? If you are and received an actual offer of a position (letter attesting to that fact), then you can file a employment civil rights claim under the Pregnancy Fairness Act. You have 180 days from the date of harm (so basically the day you were notified you weren't getting the job.)

Unfortunately I am not in U.S.
