Depends. Is this supposed to be short term until some financial issues are resolved? Can your trust the leadership? Is it only you?

I'd be looking, but I think we always have you to be looking or at least open to anything because no loyalty is 100% and nothing is ever guaranteed.

Hope it works out for you!

    No.

Do you know why your pay was cut? Did your responsibilities decrease? Were you the only one that got a pay cut?

I would keep that paycheck until I secured another one.

I'm not the only one. Other people were let go as well. Nothing changed with my daily responsibilities

If you received a pay cut then this is a warning.

The next step they cut is you. What loyalty? The company is not loyal to you so why would you be loyal to them? Seek another more financially healthy company soon. I don't know your next step as we don't know what you do. But my next step would be to fire up that resume and apply like crazy for more stable jobs.

So you received a pay cut from your current employer? Need more information. Was this a pay cut coupled with a demotion? Did you move to a lower COL area (not that a pay cut is justified, I'm just trying to find out more info)? Did you get moved from hourly non-exempt to salary exempt? Did your hours get cut? Did a bonus get cut? More info please.

And what would I do? It depends on what the situation was that lead to the pay cut. Would I stay loyal? Maybe, but I need more info. Would I go? The job market's kinda tough right but I'd feel it out if that pay cut was an absolute deal breaker.

It was due to the casino not bringing in enough revenue.

It depends. If you're not there for the $, or your life is so full of other sources of income and excitement and challenges, I would stay. It you are very career oriented and would never dream of being demoted then I would not stay.

There are so many personal considerations and priorities to weigh. Only you can answer that question.

Start looking for a new job unless you REALLY like it there.

Absolutely not. The economy is about to stagnate or even recess. Get another role while you can that pays correctly.
