Did she do any sort of internship? Did she gain real world experience between her bachelor and master's degrees? When she started school, what was her career goal? I would imagine that her school has some sort of career services that would help with resume, interviewing, etc. She may want to consider joining local organizations in her field to make some networking connections (for instance, I am in HR, there are local chapters of SHRM available as well as other local resources for HR professionals). She may want to also consider opting for the premium version of LinkedIn to access LinkedIn learning (lots of job seeking info there). Keep in mind that with career coaches, it may be hard to find legit good one. I get the feeling from what I see of various "coaches" posting on LinkedIn and the general attitude towards them here that they are nearly the equivalent of a Beach Body coach. I did use a coach and will likely be re-engaging with him in the very near future. But he did come highly recommended from a friend who had used his services and he is specialized to my field (he has also in the last year at a VP level with a very respected company).
