At this point, companies and hiring managers are just playing games.

At this point, companies and hiring managers are just playing games.

At least this is what it feels like. Seriously, WTF are you all looking for? You have candidates jumping through hoops just to get a damn interview. Some of them write job descriptions without even knowing what the position is about and on top of that offer a horrible salary or a ridiculous salary range. Some of them hold more than one or two interviews to decide if they want to hire a candidate. Seriously if you need more than 3 interviews to decide if you want to hire a candidate, your organization is a mess or you don't have a clue on what you're doing. There are companies that post job positions with no intention of hiring anyone because they already have an internal hire. Some ghost candidates after an interview and waste their time...I could go on and on.

Do hiring managers and companies realize they're playing with people's emotions? Do you all not see the BS you're doing?

When will this job market get better? I've had enough.

I feel ya. These employers have become outrageous with their job requirements. At this point, I’m fully convinced that they’re just messing around with candidates and punishing them for the meager gains they earned in 2021.

I’ve started red-listing certain companies in response. Clipboard Health, RKD Group, and Lumen Technologies are just a few of them. Other examples include virtually any “Web3/Cryptocurrency” firm. I’m sure these companies just don’t plan to hire anyone.

I completely get your frustration. It does feel like hiring managers are setting up these unnecessary obstacles, and it’s even worse when you suspect that they already have an internal hire lined up or are just dragging things out without any intention to move forward. It's almost like they're playing a game with candidates' lives and emotions, just like the grueling process developers face in the gaming industry, which you can read about in this Behind Naughty Dog's game development crunch. The lack of respect for candidates' time and effort is frustrating, and something really needs to change in how these processes are handled.

Totally get where you’re coming from — the whole hiring process these days can feel like a total circus, with endless interviews, vague job descriptions, and companies ghosting candidates left and right. It’s like they don’t even realize how much stress and time they’re wasting on people just trying to get a fair shot. Honestly, if it takes more than a couple of rounds to figure out if someone’s right, something’s seriously off with how that company runs. At the end of the day, it’s all about respect and transparency, which feels way too rare now. By the way, if you’re fed up with all that mess and wanna switch things up, I’ve been messing around with this cool platform called 1Win — signing up is super easy and it’s a chill way to keep things fun without the headache. Just check out the 1Win sign up link when you get a chance — might be a nice breather from the job hunt chaos.

It really does feel like a game sometimes, especially when outcomes depend on timing and decisions you can’t fully control, and that’s why some people unwind with platforms like paripulse-bangladesh.net, where the casino environment turns that same uncertainty into entertainment through engaging slots, calculated bets, shifting odds, and the possibility of real winnings, giving a sense of control and payoff that feels more transparent than the endless guessing games in everyday situations.

The best casino online europe options in 2026 focus on transparency and entertainment. Licensed operators comply with European regulations and implement strict security protocols. Their game portfolios include modern video slots, traditional table games, and high-definition live casino studios. Deposits are simple, and withdrawals are typically processed within two days. With welcome rewards and ongoing promotions, players enjoy both excitement and reliability in a regulated environment.

After several months of regular play, https://rbajeecasino.com/ has remained my primary betting destination. The combination of a deep sportsbook, 3,000+ casino games, fast local payments, and responsive Bengali-language support creates a genuinely well-rounded platform. Betting limits are wide enough to suit all player types, and new content arrives weekly. For Bangladeshi players who want a licensed, full-featured online casino and sportsbook in one place, this is currently a top-tier option.
