hi!!

so i need some advice. i just went through 3 rounds of interviews (including the final round) with this big entertainment company and all the interviews went well i think (my second round was w the VP and she replied to my thank you letter praising me) - however, after the final round about 3 weeks ago , it's been crickets. i emailed the recruiter twice, as well as one of the interviewers once. i really want this role but i don't know what i should do (i've already been applying to other jobs and such but im still stuck on this "dream" job) - advice?
