    Have you gauged the market to see what sort of openings there are? We recently had an opening where I work for a benefits specialist and a payroll specialist. Struggled to even find qualified candidates for the benefits specialist so created a hybrid position - payroll and benefits. With that said, have you considered any sort of certification (like CBP through WorldAtWork) to give you more credibility?
