Recruiting is hard. But it seems the whole situation is messed up!
When I woke this morning I had a video 2nd screen at 1pm.
Then it was at 130pm.
Then I got a phone call at 137pm. He said he was having technical difficulties.
And then I heard what sounded like an industrial ice machine, and ice hitting a metal cup. Then it sounded like a car door opening and slamming.
Next I got to hear road sounds.
I might be moving to next steps, if i do a video recorded interview and start a background check process.
This is a recruiter and not the company, but O M G. I'm not feeling the love, only feeling more work.
