What was your experience finding a job in Europe for the first time ?

I have been searching for work opportunities in UK for the first time and while I am finding jobs which are absolutely perfect...havent had a solid lead yet......any suggestions from the ladies who have seen through the hustle. Would really appreciate the help :)

    Where are you located now? Are you a UK citizen or will you be an ex-pat? These make a lot of difference.

    What is your citizenship? If not of the UK or Europe in general, you first need to find employers that are open to sponsorship. Not all will be. I find a lot of people have more success by first finding a role in their home countries with an international company.
