Intelligent Recap on MS Teams... anyone have experience using it? Pros? Cons? Our meeting summaries have a lot of detail that are specific to the client. Would not want the summary to come across as an AI generated document without specifics associated to a meeting.

    Good question! If your company is a large enterprise you should have an account rep. I’d speak to them for technical guidance. Either way, there is a person in your IT department that manages that relationship. They should know or point you to a technical

    person who can answer your AI question.

    Thank you... we are a small enterprise.. there is " a guy" on the team who thinks he "knows IT" but is not the one interfacing with clients...Wanted to get some input if anyone had used the Intelligent Recap so I could bring to his attention.
