    It depends, but often I won't turn down an interview. Generally, I would see it as practice, but unless I was dead set on not working for that company (if that's the case, then why would I have even applied to be invited to an interview), there's a chance I might want to consider the role.

    The day you decided to apply is the day you decided to take the interview. So yes, take it, but remember, you are not committed. And neither are they. Use it as others mentioned to hone your interview skills.
