I'm constantly alone and sad. I make art and I sell it sometimes but not enough to live off of, and I'm very depressed. I also have 1500 in debt because I bought food and art supplies on credit. I have excellent credit because of my past spending …

Hi Anonymous. It does suck when people use their energy in this way. If speaking to your boss or HR is not an option, can you move to a different business/department in the same company? Otherwise, document any unprofessional or bullying behavior you experience from this coworker. You'll also want to document your work and progress should your contribution be questioned. Lastly, if you feel undervalued and are in an environment with a colleague out to sabotage your work, I'd start looking for another job. Make the job search your priority. Good luck!
