I am 31, working in Customer service chat support. I am working here from last 4 years and now there is no opportunity to learn anything here and no salary hike too. The thing due to chat support my skills are very limited. I joined this position due to so many reason before COVID to survive even after doing BE IT and struggling to get job for 2 years. Now i am very confused to apply for new jobs. Please suggest me what should i do . I know most of the people will say to study but the thing is I have to start from scratch for the technical jobs and I cannot leave current job and study due financial issues.

There's online courses at a moderate expense. I understand financial issues, but education and training is an investment, not an expense. Often, employers want accomplishments (courses, professional certifications, etc) to stand out
