Some Product roles blend design and business but not all, and it really depends on the product team within each organization, and technical product owner roles like a Product Owner (within in agile/scrum structure) usually are very defined roles that communicates priorities, manages backlog, writes user stories, creates burn-down reports and sorta lives inside the development team.
Product Managers with design skills can find ways to use and will certainly lean on those skills, but Product/UX Designer is an obvious match.
I guess it depends on how much design work vs. how much business you want to do in your new role.
If you want to stand on your design skills and lean into more of the business side of world, Product might be a good option.
Just a note: Securing a product role with little or no product experience in today's job market may be challenging. I'm not saying that you shouldn't investigate the world of Product roles though. Investigate them all! :)
