YES!!! Now, if you use it every day, it's easy to navigate it, if you're just logging in when you need it sporadically, then you will want to keep a guide of 'how to's' handy. NOW, every company uses Workday differently, to complex for all HR and developement, to I9 integration, and more. It's very simple to navigate. IMO. I live in Workday with my role and have for almost 9 years. Workday does updates, but more importantly an organization can keep adding on different ways of using as per budget permits. You really cannot break Workday. I promise. If you're using it for hiring purposes, and I hope your org would be very up on it, if you start to manipulate hire dates and you have downstream partners like a Life Insurance partner, you will need to be cognizent of moving those dates around, it's a very serious issue and could potentially negate a life insurance pay out. Just make sure that onsite your org explains ALL the do's and don'ts, but that'a an extreme example. Not everyone will have or should have the same security access or view of others information. I've used other pretty good ATS systems, but overall I have found Workday to really keep up with the trends and the needs of the business in all areas. Embrace.
