We want to let our community know about a recent issue and the steps we’ve taken to address it.

Due to recent internal changes, the moderation system for the live feed of posts was unintentionally turned off. As a result, some content has appeared on the site without being properly reviewed.

This issue has now been fully resolved, and moderation of the live feed is active again. We appreciate your patience while this was being fixed.

If you come across any content that you believe is inappropriate or does not belong on the site, please use the Report button so our team can review it as quickly as possible.

Thank you for helping us keep the community safe and welcoming for everyone.

Can you delete things that were missed? Examples posted 3/9/26 Ads for trips and cabs.

Hey there! Currently the moderation is done manually, and we review the posts every couple of hours. For this reason, some spam posts might be on the feed for a couple of hours.

While we try to make it automatic, we´ll make sure that no spam posts stays longer than 24 hours!

Hey everyone, thanks for the update! It’s good to know the moderation issue is fixed. Appreciate the transparency — I’ll keep an eye out and use the Report button if I see anything off.

And yet there's still lots of spam to report. The filtering here used to be so much better. Doesn't The Muse have the funds/IT support to monitor things more effectively? This site is so valuable to so many people. I hate seeing the spam drowning it out.

I still see the spam coming through. It's less though but still there.
