A week is usually sufficient time.

If they are interested they will find you

I would wait at least a few days, but honestly, as a recruiter, I can tell you if it was good news they would be reaching out to you.

One week is good. I will share that I've had recruiters disappear on me and I figured it was lack of interest. After 2-3 weeks I have heard back and found out that the role had expanded or duties had changed somewhat. It just took time for them to work through it. So, it's not always bad news. It's just a lack of communication on their part-which we all love ;).

After a week of no contact, I tried again. Then I contacted about 70 of them on LinkedIn. The more you have in your corner, the better.

Did you ask how soon? If not, or they didn't tell you, send something back a week later, letting them know you are still interested. This will give them time to complete other interviews and keep your name fresh in their memory.

Maximum 1 week. If they are an internal recruiter then definitely give them that time. If it's an external one no more than 48 hours.
