Thinking of getting a MA in Leadership... but will it get me anywhere?

I think a masters degree might help boost me professionally, perhaps making it easier to find a job. But I don't want to pigeonhole myself into a specific type of career based on the degree I obtain. I have a BA in Communications, and I've worked in event management and communications for nearly 20 years. I'm not sure what I want to do next professionally, but honestly the masters is more to give me something to do with my time because I'm extremely bored with life.

I found an affordable online program, but it's not a known school. Does that even matter? If you were a hiring manager, would a Leadership degree be impressive?

Not really. An MBA maybe, but specifically in leadership? You need the experience to back it up.
