I think one of my coworkers is an office "arsonist". He's a self-oriented worker who goes out of his way to make our work environment more stressful and chaotic. He's not a team player and he's a negative force on our team. The problem is, he's been at the company so long that HR and management have turned a blind eye to his behavior — and my team and I are left to cope with his negativity and stress-inducing actions.
