    Each country has its own rules, for the US you would need to have an organization be willing to support an H1B Visa but not all jobs qualify for that. There is also an expensive fee to the organization, so they tend to only allow its use for highly technical roles where the pool of in-country potential candidates is low. I would recommend researching countries specifically and then target larger companies depending on what you learn.
