I am retired and work independently as a contractor for process improvements and funding source compliance with non-profits. I have a Doctorate in Human Services.

Green belts are for smaller projects, I would suggest investing in the certification on Black belt with Six Sigma. Green typically are part of a project team and not the leader, and the leaders typically are Black belt, however not every organization's budgets are created equal.
