    Me too. Since November of last year. Also if I apply for a lower job all together I'm passed by too. I believe it's because the managers don't trust I'd be happy in the lower positions. Or maybe they think I'd be pining away for their jobs. Which I wouldn't. I just want to make enough to cover the bills and put some away for retirement. I think the other part of the problem is that I'm old and they want younger talent. I'm going to end up working at Marshall's at some point.
