Keep records, take pictures, record. Do whatever you need to do to prove it’s an unhealthy work environment. Because once they know you are trying to get out they may sabotage you and you’ll need your records. I kept conversations between my boss and I. They were not always appropriate. I kept text messages even ones he messaged me while I wasn’t working. I kept emails some to me and some to other people. I kept pictures he would share with me. Keep everything because you never know when you will need them. He knew I was leaving because I had told the other bosses wife that things were getting weird in the work place and I was going to be leaving. Word must of got back to him and he started kissing my bit and giving me special treatment so I stock piled a lot of proof of what was going on with him. I applied back to a previous employer and he sabotaged that for me. So if he ended up firing me I would have proof for an attorney to get my unemployment. There is no way they could have ever denied me with what I had on him. The major files I kept were files on him and his sweet little wife that could cause them to loose everything they have. Sounds bad but you don’t know what I went through mentally.
