I work in ABA. I receivecd my Bachelor's degree in this field thinking i would love. Its such a toxic work environment between the workers and treatment of the children, I'm miserable. The problen is it's the only field I can get work in. It's in such a high demand due to the turnover. I dont know how to get out. I'm 51 started late. Any advice??

Are there any transferable skills you can apply to associated areas? Like research or training or education?

I second this. Transferable skills are a huge asset.

I'm not qualified to train our educate. I have an extensive history of working in the medical administrative field but that was quite some time ago and I don't have recent experience which is a setback. I would love to get back in that field but I've applied and nobody is willing to hire unfortunately.
