Let everyone you know that you’re looking. Check out your Alma mater and any local vocational services. Here in LA there’s the Jewish Vocational Service offices that are free and open to everyone. They have job books or at least they did when I last used them. See if there’s an equivalent in your town.

    I can’t stress networking enough.

Nirupam, not optimal if you're looking for benefits, however, many entrepreneurs need bookeppers n their business. Every considered branching out on your own? Upwork is a network for Freelancers, or you can begin to reach out to biz owners or start-ups and offer your services. Just a thought while the corp gig lands. It an also help you by having something to "say" in between corp roles--that you started your own practice. Thoughts?

Ha. I’ve been looking since March 2023! I continue to network with everyone. I see other posts about RH. I just had an interview with a client of theirs( I am not in your field). The interview was so short but the recap with the recruiter at RH was so telling. Based on our conversation it seems like the company( their client) does not know what they want in a candidate, which not only makes it frustrating for the candidate but for the recruiter as well. Remember it’s not only you but the companies just do not know why they are looking for! Good luck!
