I feel so overwhelmed in both my work and personal life--and since I'm lucky to work from home, all of the nerves just blur together. With everything that's going on in the world, I can't seem to stop panicking and move forward. This has been an underlying problem for months, but now is really bubbling to the surface.
I would more than appreciate any advice on how to work with my worries and anxiety. This community has been so helpful and supportive, and I would love any tips anyone has to spare.
