Focusing on quality instead of quantity during my job search.

If you are a recruiter, could you give some advice on what would you look at first on a candidate's resume? How do we make it better in your opinion?

To provide more context, I work in tech - manufacturing operations.

I am a Career Coach and Senior HR leader in tech. and would say the key is to optimize your resume and get comfortable with networking alongside your job search (i.e. seek out referrals, reach out directly to recruiters - appy to people as well as jobs). . There are ways to utilize AI to review and optimize your resume in line with the position, without embellishing and still staying true to your experience and you. I have a free guide (no hard sell I promise) on this, so sharing in hopes it helps. I actually specialise in supporting clients in landing non-technical roles at top tech companies. Good luck!
