I had a meeting with a head manager and my supervisor after an altercation with a gal who is( favored )by Mike a supervisor. Since this incident I have not been able to back to my other job I was on and liked this new position.

I asked not to back where the 1st injury happened. I was heard but ignored. Then on 11-2027 injured at the same job site .

Have you asked for an accomodation? The company is required to return you to your previous position. If you want to do something else, you will need to apply for an open position or work with HR on an accommodation

This may not be a fit for you.

Prioritize your health above your finances. 2 injuries within a year is a lot. I don't know the injury or type of work, but based on the stats, I don't think this is a safe place for you.

I'd suggest you leave this job. While it's possible to ask to be put in another department, they may not have availability or want to. Is there Worker's Compensation benefits (for injury on the job)? Look up your benefits and use them.

If you're still injured, take time off to heal - it's likely part of your Worker's Comp. Plan to heal and find another job.

    Good luck.
