She is only doing it over calls. I don't know if she has any say over those things but she is very good friends with my bosses (they hang out as friends outside of work). It's stressing me out a lot

Defend your work if there are no problems with it, dispute what she’s saying.

I feel like this is an opportunity for you to get another perspective on your work. What is is that you are doing that they don't agree with? Have a discussion with your temporary supervisor that includes 1) how you were trained to do the work, and also 2) how they expect the work to be done, to see if you can better understand the disconnect. Maybe this person is misunderstanding what is expected of you in your role, or maybe this is an opportunity for you to grow - bottom line is you'll never know if you get defensive or confrontational.

Document your work and preemptively prepare a report for your bosses that details what you've accomplished in their absence. Get in front of the situation.

I just had this situation recently. I contacted my boss anyway, apologised for disturbing during the holidays and described the situation. He had comprehension and reacted immediately. We he came back from holidays he talked to this person. Finally, this person had to apologise to me.

So consider contacting your boss anyway. If this is not possible then document everything what happens between you and this person.

That sounds tough. This kind of stress can seriously impact your mental health, especially if you are struggling with low testosterone. Low T levels can cause fatigue, bad mood, and irritability. Oral testosterone treatment can help improve energy, mood, and focus. https://www.rethinktestosterone.com/blog/post-holiday-recovery-testosterone
